The BPO industry generates over $430 Billion USD in revenue globally and less than 2% of that money reaches black communities. We’re on a mission to change that.
We exist to address the lack of black ownership and participation in the global technology space. And to help companies deliver more inclusive outcomes.
We create opportunities for black communities, youth and women in particular, to benefit from the wealth being generated by today’s global giants.
Not an obvious destination for outsourcing or recruiting freelance talent, African countries are absent from the digital economy, which employs millions of young people in other developing regions. What’s worse? As with most societies, women are disproportionately affected by unemployment, even those with graduate and postgraduate degrees.
The continent is also home to the 5th largest population in the world, which holds the future of over 100 million young people in the palm of its hand. Yet, unemployment is rampant – over 60% to be exact.
But we believe that the future-of-work is here thanks to West Africa’s large, educated population (~412M), low cost of living, and STEM orientation. That’s why every day, we empower youth with the training, tools, and employer access they need to join the digital economy and own their futures.
